Jag tror att jag redan har en ganska omfattande bild av det ämnen jag har valt. Jag har ett ganska stort intresse för kriminaliteten i Sverige och att följa utredningar och läsa på om stora fall som har skett, där det har i vissa fall förekommit övergrepp och prostitution, eller haft en påverkan. Det förekommer ibland att gärningsmän har någon form av koppling till prostitutionsverksamheten, som att röra sig i dem kretsarna eller själva köpa sex. 

Jag förknippar prostitution med kriminalitet, för det är där jag har fått se att det förekommer. 

Sen valde jag även att fördjupa mig om övergrepp mot barn, vilket jag har ett väldigt litet perspektiv på. Men jag räknar med att det ofta sker inom familjen, så jag kopplar även det till ämnet sex och samlevnad.

PRESENTATIONEN BÖRJAR HÄR

Det var mer än vad jag kunde ens föreställa mig, hur ofta prostitution förkommer i Sverige. Man tänker ju oftast på det man ser på gatorna, hur kvinnor plockas upp eller står och väntar. I alla fall en bit bort ifrån där jag bor.

Jag bort mitt i Luleå kan man säga, i lägenheterna över Flora kulle. Nere på hörnet ligger hotellet Savoy, systemet, hemmakväll och coop samt lite andra affärer. Ibland när man ska och köpa godis senare på en lördagskväll så ser man speciellt klädda kvinnor stå och vänta utanför hotellet när man går förbi. En del följs in utav män. Andra står bara och väntar utanför, hugger tag i en mans arm och kanske frågar om han vill följa med in. 

Oftast är det bara folk som strömmar in och ut ifrån hotellet, men vissa kvinnor och män i sällskap utmärker sig. 

Sedan jag började fördjupa mig inom det här med prostitution så lägger jag extra noga märket till vilka som står och väntar utanför Savoy, hur dom ser ut och vilka dom följs in med. 

Dock är det inte ofta jag ser det, det är inte massvis med kvinnor som står där utanför. Man kan se någon enstaka då och då, det är oftast man ser det på sommaren. Jag tror att det strömmar mest vid Clarion, som har en större entre och ligger närmare parkeringshusen och parkeringen vid strand. Dessutom närmare vattnet. Men det är ytligare 100 meter bort, dit går jag inte förbi lika ofta. 

De äldre kvinnorna, har jag lagt märket till är oftast mer hårt sminkade. Dom brukar ha kortare hår, ibland färgat. Alla bär en handväska, och klackskor. Det är nog det starkaste kännetecken jag har. Dock är det ganska vanliga accessoarer hos en kvinna, det är inget nytt. Klackarna brukar dock vara lite högre hos en prostituerad, håret är lite mer anmärkningsvärt väskan kan vara i en glad färg. 

Den klaraste minnesbilden jag har av en som jag var helt bombsäker på var prostituerad stod en dag utanför Savoy, bland en massa andra människor men som utmärkte sig.  Det var efter en kväll då vi hade vart ute och ätit på Roasters som jag la märket till henne, när vi gick tillbaka förbi hotellet på vägen hem. Kvinnan hade orange/rött hår, röda läppar, nylonstrumpor och en ganska kort svart kjol. En brun skinnjacka med en tröja under som skymtade grönt. Hon stod där utanför och rökte, förmodligen väntade hon på någon eller kanske på att någon skulle gå fram till henne. Eller så var hon gäst, och bara behövde ta en rökpaus. 

Det är det enda som jag själv har lagt märket till här i Luleå, i Boden har jag aldrig sett någon som står utanför Bodensia på det sättet. Eller att folk hänger utanför ett hotell, som om det vore en kiosklucka vid en lokal fotbollsmatch. Där vuxna hade köpt varsin kaffe och snackade om spelarna dom kände, eller visste vems son eller dotter det var. Hur mycket ungdomarna har utvecklats, att dom har följt laget genom åren, hur engagerade dom är, att dom brinner för fotboll och för klubben. 

Där utanför hotellet ser det nästan ut att vara samma sak, fast någon höll istället i ett glas rött, någon annan hade en kaffe och cigarett i handen. Kanske lite mer finklädda, men på samma sätt. Folk som inte kände varandra pratade, på samma sätt som vid en fotbollsmatch. Kanske livliga diskussioner? Man kan gissa mycket om folket som sitter där utanför, om det är gäster eller bara de som är sällskapssjuka.

Dock så brukar jag inte vara i stan i Boden på samma sätt där som vars jag bor hemma i Luleå, där mataffären, godisaffären och ett hotell ligger runt samma hörn. Därför har jag nog inte heller lagt märket till om det står någon speciell kvinna där utanför heller. 

För att sätta mig mer in i ämnet så tittar jag först på kanal 4 dokumentärserie Kalla Fakta om prostitution i Stockholm där prostitution förekommer oftare än i Luleå.  

De flesta sexköp görs genom internet, där kvinnorna helt enkelt annonserar sig själva. Oftast är det en bild på dom, en text om dem och så är den en mailadress eller ett telefonnummer så man kan kontakta dom. 

Jag har bestämt mig själv att skriva till ett antal sexarbetare via mail för att få med deras perspektiv i min redovisning. Jag tror att det som dom har att säga är mest intressant. Så här ser mitt mail ut som jag kommer att skicka ut till en del kvinnor vars jag hittar annonser om via nätet.

Hej, Jag heter Selma och jag går i åttan. Jag är inte intresserad av att köpa sex, men jag är intresserad av vad du har att berätta om ditt yrke. Vi jobbar om sex och samlevnad i skolan, och har fått välja ett valfritt fördjupningsämne att arbeta om och jag valde prostitution. Jag valde att kontakta dig eftersom jag inte vill skriva om något som står på internet eller som utges i någon dokumentär, utan jag är verkligen intresserad över hur det verkliga är och hur det kan se ut att arbeta med det som du gör. Ditt namn kommer inte synas om du inte önskar det.

Du har självklart tillgång senare till den klara presentationen, för att se vad som har tagit med och tycka till om något har förvrängts fel eller kan uppfattas fel.

I have chosen these three options from the text, because I use them by myself and I know that they do work. And if we turn everything upside down, I would feel so sad and stressed if I would quit doing these things so thats why I think they're so important.
I feel so relieved when I have it super clear in front of me exactly what I have to do in order. And get rid of the things I have to do, will get done so much faster.
I do also feel so much better and fresher after coming home from my soccer exercise or the gym and I also sleep better by the night after doing some kind of exercise, witch is really important to me. I have quitted prioritize my sleep as the way I did before, and sleep way to little. So coming home from an exercise makes the ''falling-a-sleep-session'' go so much better.
I do also come back with tons of energy and a happy feeling after hanging out with my friends.

The Aileen Wuornos case, An english presentation

The Aileen Wuornos case.

American crime, investigations.

Aileen Carol Wuornos, ’’Lee’’ was born 29th January 1956 in Rochester in the United States, who become one of Americas worst serial killers thought the history and was convicted for 7 murders, all of the victims where men, that she had killed when she was hitchhiking on the road.

She had a rough and very hard childhood and got kicked out at the age of 14 after her grandmother’s dead and conflicts with her grandfather.

Maybe she hadn’t the conditions to be an easy child to handle. She grew up living with her grandparents, but they couldn’t stand out taking care of her. She had her own will, and as I said before she wasn’t easy to handle (investigations which has been made afterwards indicates that she had a borderline disorder), but that’s not the main reason that she’ll sooner would become an serial killer.

She received a bad perspective of violence by that time, and investigators claims that that’s one of the reasons she became capable to take the life out of seven men. All of this is hopefully going to appear more clear when I am going to tell you more specific about her grownup later in this presentation.

How do we get a perspective of being in this kind of situation that Lee involuntarily and unknowingly been featured in, or just try to understand? I mean, a serial killer?

What if we take an closer look of her childhood, maybe there is some cracks we can go deeper into which have affected her to become maybe Americas worst serial killer though present times, or maybe history. I can guaranty that she has the price for the worst female serial killer.

Let’s take a deeper look of her childhood, and being raised by her grandparents without knowledge of her real past.

This is how everything began.

Her biological mother Diane Kathleen Tuley, was only 15 years old when she got married to Lee’s father Leo Dale Pittman. Diane gave birth to a baby boy 1955 and to a girl 1956. The boys name was Keith and the daughters name was Aileen.

Diane was kind of feckless and at that time incapable to take care of her children, as probably the most teenagers is in general. Diane had no support from the kid’s father and gave away her daughter and son to her parents, at that time Aileen was 4 and Keith was 5 years old.

The children never got the chance to meet their father, and they where probably lucky about that.

Leo Dale Pittman, the children’s father was a psychopathic child molester and hanged himself in prison in 1969.

Aileen grew up in a home where violence wasn’t impermissibly. Her grandfather used to hit her and her brother. Both of the grandparents had conflicts and abused each other, which also affected the children’s way to act against others, and of course took after the actions against each other.

She found out the truth about her past, and the fact that her ’’parents’’ was her grandparents around the age of 12. It was also at that time things started to get out of control for Aileen.

Her grandfather Lauri Wuornos was a very abusive parent, both psychically and sexually.

Aileen claims afterwards in jail that they had a sexual contact from an very early age. All though, there’s no evidence that can tell if it is true.

Her grandmother Britta Wuornos had strong alcohol problems, which also became very abusive as well.

Borderline personality disorder.

Growing up in a abusive home and being molested regularly do often lead to consequences like trust issues, unsympathetic, low self-esteem, hesitant to your self and an uncomplaining sight of violence. If you don’t take care or manage incidents, which has traumatized or affect your physical health very bad will increase the chance of developing a mental disorder if it appears several times, or just a very bad behaviour.

In this case do the investigators claims that this strong impressions has given large imprints on Aileen.

After being investigated could the investigators clarify the fact that she had the so-called Borderline personality disorder.

Casual factors that made the disorder break out is only partly known.

But the fact that it is genetic factors and adverse events during her childhood, such as physical and sexual abuse contribute the development of the disorder witch is a common pattern of all of those who have this mental illness.

The signs of the disorder are very clear and I am going to give a few examples of them.

Aileen had unstable impulse control, interpersonal relationships and self-image, including emotional dysregulation, impulsive aggression, chronic suicidal tendencies and an self-harm behaviour (parallel to the prostitution) witch is very obvious signs of the disorder.

This investigation wasn't done when she was living on the road. It was made after she got arrested.

Back to her childhood.

Aileen and her older brother started to develop their childhood games from one level to another. They began to exercise sexual actions against each other. And at that time was Aileen 12 and her brother was at the age of 13.

Some of my sources can tell that the grandfather also raped her grandmother, but there’s no evidence that can tell if that is true in the investigation.

I don’t think she had any support or safety from home and I also think it must have been very hard to make the rights decisions by your own at that age. She had no one to rely on, except her brother occasionally.

I think she really wanted to be confirmed that she was doing something good, or feel loved. Or get some temporary attention, being seen.

That’s probably the main reasons she had her very different perspective of sex, when she didn’t knew better from home. She didn’t respect her self or her body and started to sell herself by the age of 13 to the boys in the neighbourhood in exchange for cigarettes, money and so on. It gave her a temporary position in the troop of youngsters, which lived, in the locus area. But it wasn’t anything people respected her for, especially not by girls.

She had been judged by the society already by that young age.

Aileen got pregnant when she was 14 years old, and the baby boy she ave birth to did she adopt away. 

As I said before, she got kicked out of her home just a few moths after returning from the institution for young mothers. Her grandmother died of liver failure (a result of heavy drinking) and her grandfather didn’t want her to stay there any longer.

Time flies, and Aileen become older. At the age of 20 years old will her brother pass away and her grandfather will sooner commit suicide. She is not 14 any longer and lives on the road, hitchhiking is what she’s do for living.

Marriage.

One day when she was working did a 70-year-old man picked her up. To make an long story short, Aileen was tired of her lifestyle and they got married (I’ll skip the details here, to make it more clear can you look at the next page of the presentation where you can follow a timeline of intrigues in Aileen's life).  (NOTICE; By running out of time and crossing the deadline of this presentation did I not complete the timeline of her life, so there is not timeline to follow, I hope you can understand what I have written anyway!)

Sadly, did they separate after only nine weeks by his volition and claims afterwards that Aileen could become very abusive when she didn’t get spending money any time she wanted to have. 

She got kicked out on the streets on more time and had to take care of herself.

Time flies, and it’s very hard for her to get this connect with other men so she gave up seeking a new fiancé.

1986, she met Tyra Moore at Daytona gay bar. They began a volatile and intense relationship and was inseparable, and became very tight very quickly. She was the companion that Aileen had dreamed about for her whole life and would do anything to make her stay with her.

Early in the relationship do Tyra understand that she is all that Wuornos actually had, and also wanted to stop being involved into the intrigues and crimes that was drawn against Aileen, she did everything she could to make Lee stop selling her body. 

The problem was that it was Aileen who was providing them both, so Tyra became dependent to her partner.

But if we ignore the ’’small’’ problems Tyra had and think of another perspective, how would you smooth jump off a relationship if you knew your partner was capable to kill? It’s not so easy if you’ve putted yourself into that kind of situation. Especially not when you partner would do whatever it takes to never let that happened, or mental sick I don't know.

One day when Aileen was out hitchhiking a man pulled up, that man was 51-year-old Richard Malory. She propositions him, he said yes and they agreed to have sex.

They parked the car in the woods near I95 and route 1 and drank and talked until dawn.

It was only then Wuornos pulled out her 22-caliber handgun she had brought with her and shot Malory 4 times in the chest and back.

After going thorough her victims pockets and stealing whatever money he had Wuornos covered his lifeless body with carpets she had found nearby, and drove home in Malory’s car.

The first thing she would do when she comes home is to tell Tyra what she had done.

’’ She had told me that she had killed someone and I didn’t believe her, because of the way she talked about it. And I think she had it in really.’’

The same day she came home after taking Richard Malory’s life was to pack their things in his car and move to a new home.

After that would her way to provide themselves take another level from prostitution, she will kill 6 another men in the future. And killing will become a lifestyle for Aileen Wuornos.

The relationship lasted for about 4 years, and Tyra was drawn into Wuornos cycle of vandalism, violence and harassment. 

Tyra will play a mayor role in the investigation of the Aileen Wuornos case later.

The crimes.

Aileen Carol Wuornos took the life out of 7 men.

Her first victim was as I wrote about before, Richard Mallory witch was killed in December 31 1989.

Her second victim was found in June 1st in 1990, and five days later would the body of Charles Carskaddan be found.

The 4th of July 1990 found the police a car witch was connected to a man named Peter Siems. Peters body was never found but Wuornos confessed to the crime later in a trial.

In 4th August 1990 was Troy Buress found dead.

September 12 1990 was Dick Humphrey found dead, in the 19th November 1990 was the body of Walter Nino Antonio was found.

My thought was to write more about the trial and compare the American way of investigations around murders against our way in Sweden. But I have already crossed the deadline, and Ithink the subject is way to big when I start reading about it. I don’t either think it’s a smart thing to introduce a short summery when it includes so much more a bout that.

So, I decided to write the most important things to know to understand this case about Aileen, and how she got convicted.

When I start reading about the trial do I found out more things about her childhood.

Her defenders claims that her hard childhood had large imprints of her and that her mentally instability made her commit this murders. To make it more clear, did they say that she was so mentally ill because of her childhood so she could’nt understand what a murder could lead to… BUT without success.

The jury’s final decision was that she wasn’t that mentally ill to not see the difference between right and wrong.

Aileen Carol Wuornos died in 9 October 2002 by a lethal injection.

Min sömn, kost och rörelse påverkar min hälsa väldigt mycket. Mest av allt mitt tillstånd, jag kan bli ganska irriterad och arg om jag slarvar med min kost och sömn framförallt. 
Det jag spelar fotboll och tränar är mest för att det är kul, vara med skönt folk. Brukar oftast få ny energi, sova bättre då jag tränar och fokusera bättre i skolan.
Det som kan förbättras är min sömn, för jag sover olika varje natt, men det brukar ligga mellan 6- 8 timmar oftast. Vilket är alldeles för lite, har fått höra att jag borde sova omkring 8-9 h. Sen dricker jag kanske lite för mycket kaffe för vad som är bäst för mig, vilket också stör min sömn förmodligen. 
Kaffe är ju beroendeframkallande, men efter att ha läst om konsekvenserna av kaffe så är det inte så mycket som är jätte negativt. Det är mer långsiktiga konsekvenser, som att det kan leda till högt blodtryck, öka risken för hjärt och kärlsjukdomar osv.
Enligt den här källan ska kaffe göra en nervös, rastlös och lättirriterad. Men jag upplever tvärtom effekt. Jag presterar oftast bättre i skolan om jag får dricka kaffe och känna mig pigg. 
Det ultimata är ju att sova ordentligt, och där kan kaffet störa eftersom jag har vant mig vid att sova lite och låta kaffet hålla mig vaken de dagarna jag har sovit alldeles för lite. 
Men min kost i övrigt tar jag ansvar över, sen är mina föräldrar ganska mån om vad jag äter också.
