1. Organize and prioritize. By doing this you will feel control and can decide what things are the most urgent and important. Feeling prepared can help you to get rid of a lot of stress.

2. Fitness i vital. Find some kind of exercise that you enjoy doing. Your body is your most important possesion, so you need to take care of it.

3. Remember to have fun. Do something you really enjoy means you get a chance to take a break and recharge your batteries.


I have chosen these three options from the text, because I use them by myself and I know that they do work. And if we turn everything upside down, I would feel so sad and stressed if I would quit doing these things so thats why I think they're so important.
I feel so relieved when I have it super clear in front of me exactly what I have to do in order. And get rid of the things I have to do, will get done so much faster.
I do also feel so much better and fresher after coming home from my soccer exercise or the gym and I also sleep better by the night after doing some kind of exercise, witch is really important to me. I have quitted prioritize my sleep as the way I did before, and sleep way to little. So coming home from an exercise makes the ''falling-a-sleep-session'' go so much better.
I do also come back with tons of energy and a happy feeling after hanging out with my friends.
